Contribution Rules

1. You must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
2. This contribution is made from my own funds. These funds are not being provided to you from another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
3. You must be at least eighteen years old.
4. Contributions to the Felipe Delgado campaign are not tax deductible.
5. The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $620 per election.
